I have been making and designing jewellery since 2000.  My first beads and stones were bought from a market stall while on holiday on the French Riviera  - I am now fortunate enough to have a small pied a terre in a lovely village there which I can only describe as a "petite paradise".  Still I seem to find some of the loveliest beads and stones there and it is the place which inspires my creativity the most - hence the name Rivieragirl.   I am now quite addicted to both buying beads then designing and making jewellery.  Also I make my own range of jewellery in my kiln using Dichroic glass.  My higher end designs are all one of a kind. 

Each one of these creations is all of my own work.  I source all of the materials, design the piece and finally make it in my garden studio.  My materials are now sourced  both locally and from across the world and I am constantly seaching for new and exciting beads and stones and unusual findings to use in my designs and creations.

Finally,  I am always ready to collaborate with a client on design with a view to making a similar piece which may have already been sold although I do not make exact copies. That way my clients are always assured of a one off piece.
